2/28/2024 0 Comments Free printable memory bear patternI took the pictures as I was making the pink bear so that is what is used for the tutorial pics showing the construction. This is a free pattern and I did my best. You can even squeeze it and smoosh it until takes on a different shape, too. I honestly like the chubby bear better! There are many factors that can alter the shape of your bear, including the type of fabric used, how tight you pull the neck in, how you print the pattern, and how it is stuffed. ***Also, I have been getting some feedback on this pattern so I feel compelled to warn you that the resulting bear using this pattern usually looks more like the bear made with the purple onesie. These bears were made with a newborn outfit and a 9 month onesie. The finished bear measures about 8" high. A composite of such patterns is described as ' maximally disordered ( chaotic ) ' if at the limit all printable. As for stuffing, you could use anything that is soft including old clothes, satin, cotton, wool, and foam. ***I have had a few people ask about sizing. Combine a gray shirt with chequered prints and a couple of jiggly eyes according to the tutorial for such an astonished bear. Tape the pages together as shown in the above picture. There are four pages to the large teddy bear template. Otherwise, the template will not be full size. And, because I felt like it, I took pictures of the process to make a tutorial to share! (They are a little dark, but it was winter.) You will need: Memory bear, 18' handmade keepsake bear, stuffed teddy bear, baby shower gift, keepsake plushie, remembrance bear, custom keepsake bear. Be sure your printer settings are set on Actual Size and Tile only large pages.
